Enock is a Senior Manager in the EY Transaction Tax Team and specialises in advising private equity funds on all aspects of the transaction cycle, including corporate restructurings, flotations, management participation, due diligence (buy and sell side) and tax structuring assignments across Africa. Enock is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and holds a Masters in Taxation, Post-Graduate Diploma in Tax Law and Bachelor of Commerce.
